Important Information
- Onboarding: signed service agreement, credit reference, and approvals workflow captured before first booking.
- SLA: response within 15 minutes during business hours, 60 minutes on the 24/7 emergency line.
- Traveller tracking active on all bookings — GDPR/Kenya Data Protection Act compliant.
- Invoicing monthly with 30-day credit terms once approved.
- Confidentiality: all executive travel handled under NDA if requested.
Booking, Cancellation & Child Policy
- • Reservations require a signed booking form and deposit.
- • Standard deposit: 30% of the total trip cost (50% during peak seasons Dec–Feb & Jul–Sep).
- • Balance is due 30 days before travel; last-minute bookings (under 30 days) require full payment.
- • Booking is confirmed only once we've issued a written confirmation and receipt.
- • Last-minute bookings accepted subject to availability — WhatsApp us for fastest response.
