Overview
The Madaraka Express (SGR) is the fastest, cheapest and most comfortable way to move between Nairobi and Mombasa, but the SGR terminals sit well outside both cities — Nairobi Terminus in Syokimau and Mombasa Terminus at Miritini — and the transfer to and from town is where most travellers get caught out by unmetered taxis. Our SGR transfer service solves that with fixed-fare, pre-booked pickups timed to your train. We track your train just like we track flights, so we're there before you step off the platform; we help with luggage, we take the fastest route, and we drop you exactly where you need to be — hotel, resort, office or beach. We also cover Voi and Mtito Andei for travellers breaking their journey. Vehicles range from saloon cars for solos and couples to 7-seater vans and 14-seater minibuses for families and groups; car seats for infants are available on request. Fares are quoted before you book with zero surge pricing, and payment is by M-Pesa, card or cash on arrival. Corporate accounts available for regular business travellers.

- • Standard deposit: 30% of the total trip cost (50% during peak seasons Dec–Feb & Jul–Sep).
- • Balance is due 30 days before travel; last-minute bookings (under 30 days) require full payment.
- • Booking is confirmed only once we've issued a written confirmation and receipt.
