Build and cost itineraries, respond to enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
What we look for
- ✓2+ years selling travel in Kenya
- ✓Confident with itinerary costing
- ✓Fast, warm written English
- ✓Own laptop and reliable internet
Maasai Mara / Amboseli
Certified Tour Guide (KPSGA)
Lead guests on game drives and cultural visits with safety, storytelling and local knowledge.
What we look for
- ✓Valid KPSGA bronze or higher
- ✓Strong wildlife and birding knowledge
- ✓First-aid trained
- ✓Excellent guest communication
Nairobi hub
Safari Driver-Guide
Drive 4x4 land cruisers and vans on safari circuits and coastal transfers.
What we look for
- ✓Clean BCE licence
- ✓PSV badge and valid certificate of good conduct
- ✓Comfortable on park and murram roads
- ✓3+ years professional driving
Nairobi & Mombasa
City & Cultural Tour Guide (Day Tours)
Lead half- and full-day city and cultural tours — Old Town walks, markets, museums, heritage sites and food trails. This is a city day-tour role, not a safari guiding role.
What we look for
- ✓Deep local knowledge of your city
- ✓Confident storytelling in English (Swahili a plus)
- ✓Comfortable walking tours and public spaces
- ✓Available weekends and cruise-ship days
Malindi & Watamu
Coastal Day-Tour Guide (Cultural)
Host guests on Malindi and Watamu day tours — Vasco da Gama Pillar, Gede Ruins, Swahili town walks, marine park and village visits.
What we look for
- ✓Based in Malindi or Watamu
- ✓Knowledge of coastal history and Swahili culture
- ✓Great with families and first-time visitors
- ✓Available at short notice
Nairobi (remote friendly)
Digital Marketing Executive
Run our social channels, content calendar and paid campaigns to bring in qualified enquiries.
What we look for
- ✓Portfolio of travel or hospitality content
- ✓Meta & Google Ads basics
- ✓Short-form video editing
- ✓Analytics-first thinking
Nairobi
Customer Support Intern
Front-line support on WhatsApp, email and phone — plus booking admin in our operations console.
What we look for
- ✓Recent tourism or hospitality graduate
- ✓Great phone manner
- ✓Organised and detail-driven
- ✓Available at least 3 days a week
