What to Carry / Requirements
- •Nothing — but please have the property cleaned and styled

Important Information
- Discovery call clarifies scope, budget and non-negotiables.
- Proposal delivered within 48 hours of the call.
- Final itinerary confirmed with 30% deposit; balance 30 days before travel.
- One point of contact for the whole trip.
- Post-trip debrief on request — we take feedback seriously.
Booking, Cancellation & Child Policy
- • Reservations require a signed booking form and deposit.
- • Standard deposit: 30% of the total trip cost (50% during peak seasons Dec–Feb & Jul–Sep).
- • Balance is due 30 days before travel; last-minute bookings (under 30 days) require full payment.
- • Booking is confirmed only once we've issued a written confirmation and receipt.
- • Last-minute bookings accepted subject to availability — WhatsApp us for fastest response.
