This is a cleaning service for property owners, not for guests. We work with Airbnb and short-let hosts, apartment landlords, long-term rental owners, property managers, agencies and small serviced-apartment operators who need a unit reset to listing-photo standard between guests, between tenants, or on a fixed housekeeping schedule. You give us access details and your check-out/check-in window; a vetted, uniformed crew arrives with its own detergents, machines and consumables, cleans to a written room-by-room checklist, changes and makes up the linen, restocks the basics, flags anything broken or missing, and sends you a dated photo report before the next guest walks in. Hosts with several units run on a monthly managed plan with one invoice, one point of contact and priority scheduling during peak season.

- ✓Floors vacuumed and mopped, bins emptied and re-lined
- ✓All detergents, disinfectants, cloths, mops and machines supplied
- ✓Restock check on tissue, soap, tea, coffee, sugar and drinking water
- ✓Lost-property collection and safe hand-back to the host

Not Included
- ✕Consumables and restock items themselves (billed at cost or supplied by you)
- ✕Guest laundry unless the laundry add-on is booked
- ✕Repairs, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work
- ✕Fumigation, pest control and specialist mould treatment
- ✕Exterior windows above ground floor and roof or gutter work
- ✕Garden, pool and compound maintenance
- ✕Removal of bulky furniture, construction debris or hazardous waste
- ✕Units outside our covered towns unless travel is agreed in advance
What to Carry / Requirements
- •Access: keys, lockbox code or smart-lock code shared before the crew arrives
- •At least one spare linen and towel set per bed on site (or book linen hire)
- •A lockable restock cupboard the crew can draw supplies from
- •Your check-out and check-in times so we can schedule the window
- •Working water and power on the day of the clean
- •A written house standard if you want the unit staged a particular way
Important Information
- We serve property owners and managers — guests should contact their host, not us.
- Turnovers need a minimum 2-hour window between check-out and check-in.
- Same-day and last-minute bookings depend on crew availability; peak-season weekends fill early.
- Prices are guides — a unit's size, condition and stair access can change the quote.
- Excessively soiled units (party damage, pets, long-uncleaned lets) are quoted as deep cleans.
- Breakages and missing items are photographed and reported, never silently disposed of.
- Crew members are ID-verified and supervised; we can sign an NDA for high-value properties.
Booking, Cancellation & Child Policy
- • Reservations require a signed booking form and deposit.
- • Standard deposit: 30% of the total trip cost (50% during peak seasons Dec–Feb & Jul–Sep).
- • Balance is due 30 days before travel; last-minute bookings (under 30 days) require full payment.
- • Booking is confirmed only once we've issued a written confirmation and receipt.
- • Last-minute bookings accepted subject to availability — WhatsApp us for fastest response.

Transportation & Meeting Points
- Crew and equipment transport is included within Nairobi and Diani.
- Out-of-zone units (Mombasa, Nyali, Bamburi, Shanzu, Watamu, Malindi) carry a travel fee quoted upfront.
- Laundry collection and delivery is included on managed host plans.
