Because we run our own vehicles and negotiate directly with lodges, we consistently come in 15–30% under equivalent quotes from bigger agencies, without cutting corners on the experience. Every group tour includes shared or private transport (14-seater vans, 25-seater buses, or a full coach for larger groups), full-board accommodation matched to the group's budget and style, all park and activity fees, a professional tour leader who handles logistics so the group organiser doesn't have to, and a WhatsApp group for real-time updates during the trip. Popular options include the classic Maasai Mara weekend, Naivasha and Nakuru circuits, coastal beach breaks, Mount Kenya climbs, and cross-border trips to Uganda or Tanzania (on request). We're happy to build a custom itinerary around a specific event — team-building days, spiritual retreats, alumni reunions, or milestone celebrations. Deposits are staggered to make group budgeting easier, and we handle the awkward money-collecting so the organiser doesn't have to chase members.

Important Information
- Minimum group size: 6 pax (below that, we can still quote — pricing shifts).
- Tour leader accompanies every group of 12+.
- Group organiser is our single point of contact; individual queries channelled through them.
- Every traveller must provide ID/passport for KRA compliance at accommodation check-in.
- Refunds for individual drop-outs depend on the property's cancellation policy (usually 14–30 days).
Booking, Cancellation & Child Policy
- • Reservations require a signed booking form and deposit.
- • Standard deposit: 30% of the total trip cost (50% during peak seasons Dec–Feb & Jul–Sep).
- • Balance is due 30 days before travel; last-minute bookings (under 30 days) require full payment.
- • Booking is confirmed only once we've issued a written confirmation and receipt.
- • Last-minute bookings accepted subject to availability — WhatsApp us for fastest response.

Transportation & Meeting Points
- Pickup from a central Nairobi point (usually a hotel or your office) or door-to-door for smaller groups.
- Vehicles: 14-seater van, 25-seater bus, or 50-seater coach depending on group size.
- Meeting point: agreed pickup at least 30 mins before departure.
- Estimated travel times shared on the itinerary.
